Week One Tips - H2O

Hopefully you have already started to think about your new good[better] habits.

One of them should be; drink at least 6-8 large glasses of water each and every day!
Never leave home without your water bottle. It will also help curb your appetite, especially if you drink a large glass of water before eating.

Other ways to drink more water [and less of the other stuff] is to alternate each alcholic drink with a glass of water or only half fill your wine glass and top up with mineral water. You will be drinking half the amount of alcohol and saving half the money as well!!

Lo cal soft drinks and tea and coffee are ok but they all contain caffeine which has other side effects - WATER IS BEST

If nothing else you will feel better for drinking more water, you will be properly hydrated especially during hot weather, your system will be flushed out, your skin will not be as dry and your joints will be better lubricated which should make you feel more like walking!!
See it is making a difference already!!
